This Refund Policy applies to all services booked through Suvidhas, operated by HRK SERVICES. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy
  • Refunds are subject to the nature of the service booked and the stage at which cancellation occurs.

  • Not all services are eligible for refunds.

  • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed only through the original payment method.

2. Advance / Partial Payment

Some services require an advance or partial payment to confirm the booking.

  • If a service has partial payment enabled, the advance amount is mandatory and non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  • The remaining amount may be paid after service completion via online payment or Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.

3.2 Service Provider Cancellation

If a service is cancelled by the service professional or due to unavailability:

  • A full refund of any amount paid will be processed.

  • Alternatively, the user may choose to reschedule the service.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services already delivered or partially completed

  • Advance / partial payment for confirmed bookings

  • Incorrect service selection by the user

  • Delay caused due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer

  • Violation of platform terms or misuse

5. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Wallet Refunds (If Applicable)
  • Refunds may be credited to the user’s Suvidhas wallet in certain cases.

  • Wallet balance can be used for future bookings and is non-transferable.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund has been wrongly denied:

  • Contact customer support with booking details.

  • Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • HRK SERVICES reserves the final right to approve or reject refund requests.

8. Policy Changes
  • This Refund Policy may be updated at any time.

  • Updated policies will be published on the Platform with a revised date.

  • Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
