1. About SuvidhasSuvidhas is a service marketplace platform that connects customers with verified service professionals for home, personal, and business-related services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
HRK SERVICES reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.
Users must register using a valid mobile number or email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity performed using your account will be deemed as authorized by you.
Service availability depends on location, service category, and provider availability.
Booking confirmation does not guarantee immediate service unless marked as Quick Service.
Normal services require slot selection and are subject to provider acceptance.
Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.
Some services may require Partial Payment (Advance Payment):
If partial payment is enabled, the user must pay the specified amount online to confirm the booking.
Remaining balance may be paid online or via Cash on Delivery (COD) after service completion, where applicable.
Payment gateways are handled by third-party providers; Suvidhas does not store card or UPI details.
Cancellation policies vary by service and will be shown before booking.
Advance or partial payments may be non-refundable once the service is confirmed.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Service professionals are independent contractors, not employees of HRK SERVICES.
Suvidhas performs verification checks but does not guarantee service outcomes.
Any disputes regarding service quality should be reported via the Platform support.
Users agree:
Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the Platform.
Not to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
To behave respectfully with service professionals and staff.
Services are available only in locations supported by the Platform.
Bookings outside serviceable areas may be automatically rejected or canceled.
All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and software are the property of HRK SERVICES.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without written permission.
HRK SERVICES shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss arising from service delays, cancellations, or provider actions.
Technical issues beyond reasonable control.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
Restrict access to the Platform without prior notice if misuse is detected.
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
14. Modifications to TermsHRK SERVICES may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
